ONEVIA ("we", "us", "our") provides a business management platform for independent home-service contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ONEVIA, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a hash) you provide when you register.
- Business profile data: your company name, trade/industry, contact details, logo, and settings you enter to set up your account.
- Business records: customers, leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments you and your team create while using ONEVIA.
- Communications: messages, notes, and support requests you send through the app or to our support team.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, app interactions, and crash logs collected automatically to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve ONEVIA features such as estimating, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.
- To process subscription payments and manage your account billing.
- To send service-related notices, billing updates, and support replies.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To analyze usage trends and develop new features.
How we share your information
- Service providers: trusted third parties that help us run the platform (hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.
- Legal compliance: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality and continued protection of the data.
- We never sell your personal information or your customers' contact information to third parties.
Data retention
- We keep your business records for as long as your account is active so you can access and export them.
- After your account is closed, we retain limited data for billing, legal, and security purposes, then delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.

- We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections, access controls, and isolated storage to protect your data.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.

- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
- You can update your profile and business settings from within the app, or contact us at any time to exercise these rights.
International data transfer
- ONEVIA is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other regions where we operate.
Children's privacy
- ONEVIA is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app or by email.
